This book is a personal favorite of mine and has been sitting on my bookshelf torn and tattered for quite a while. The Art of Living Without Tension aspires to teach a variety of thinking methods best suited for the hustle and bustle of our post-industrial world. You see, we each think around 50,000 - 70,000 thoughts per day. Most of our thoughts are repeats of older thoughts. However, if we accept the idea that thoughts create things, we must accept responsibility for the content of our thoughts in order to create greater efficiency in our actions. Once we come to terms with our passions and addictions, we can start pruning our thoughts so that we we can achieve more of what we want. The Art of Living Without Tension is definitely a key tool for getting more out of life.
